Our free facial scan feature provides a personalized, automated assessment based on the photo you provide. It is intended for entertainment and general self-improvement guidance only. It is not:

• A medical, dermatological, or professional diagnostic tool
• A guarantee of any specific outcome or result
• A substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional

Individual results from using our products will vary. Photos submitted to the scan are used solely to generate your result and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for full details on eligibility, timelines, and process.

8. Product Use & Safety

Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only, following the instructions provided on the Site.
